QHA Trent looks at a great many areas critical to good quality clinical and managerial governance, the particular range of areas covered being based upon what the organisation does. Some of the areas covered are illustrated in the slide show below.
All of this is dealt with by the standards, which are evidence-based and comprehensively referenced.
During a survey, QHA Trent surveyors are empowered to go anywhere at any time, and to talk to anyone.
In order to be successful in the journey to accreditation, hospital, clinics and other providers of healthcare need to work hard, diligently and persistently, and continually develop their ability as organisations with the capacity and talent to think on their feet.
